Thank you for shopping with KEEPITUP! This Shipping Policy explains how and when orders are processed, shipped, and delivered.


1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

If we experience unusually high order volume or supply delays, processing times may extend. We will update the site or contact you if your order is significantly delayed.


2. SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (if available)

  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (if available)

Delivery estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.


3. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update.


4. SHIPPING CARRIERS

KEEPITUP! primarily ships via:

  • USPS

  • UPS

  • FedEx (select orders)

Carrier selection depends on destination, package size, and best available rate.


5. INCORRECT OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESSES

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by incorrect addresses

  • Lost packages due to incorrect addresses

  • Additional carrier fees for address corrections or re-routing

If an order is returned to us due to an address issue, we can reship it once the customer pays new shipping charges.


6. LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, KEEPITUP! is no longer liable for:

  • Lost shipments

  • Stolen packages

  • Carrier delays

  • Weather-related delays

If your package is lost or stolen, we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier, but we cannot guarantee reimbursement.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Take photos of the box, packaging, and product

  2. Email support@lhttool.com within 3 days of delivery

We will review on a case-by-case basis and work with you toward a resolution.


7. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping may be available depending on destination.

Buyers are responsible for:

  • Customs duties

  • VAT or import taxes

  • International carrier fees

  • Delays caused by customs inspections

Orders refused due to duties/taxes will not be refunded.


8. PREORDERS & BACKORDERS

If an item is marked as preorder or backorder, shipping times will be clearly stated on the product page.

Orders containing both in-stock and preorder items may ship together unless otherwise selected at checkout.


9. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

We do not ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes (for UPS/FedEx shipments)

  • Addresses flagged as undeliverable by carriers

  • Countries restricted by U.S. export regulations
